As Executive Advisor to our EVP B2C, you'll work at the centre of GlobalConnect's Swedish B2C business. Working closely with the EVP and the B2C Sweden Leadership Team, you'll help shape priorities, prepare key decisions, and make sure they are translated into action across the organisation.

To do well in this role, you should likely have
- 2–4 years of experience from management consulting, strategy, business operations, an Executive Office, or another environment where you've solved complex business problems and worked closely with senior stakeholders.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Communication, or another relevant field.
- Skilled in structured problem-solving and Excel, with the ability to translate complex data into concise, practical recommendations.
- Skilled in PowerPoint and storytelling, with a background in creating presentations and decision documents for executive-level audiences.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, with well-developed written and spoken communication skills.
About the role
You'll join the PMO and Executive Office team, working closely with our EVP B2C and the B2C Sweden Leadership Team—a group of experienced leaders from across the business that have work together for several years. The team works well together, with open communication throughout and an environment that values initiative.
As Executive Advisor, you'll become a trusted partner to both the EVP and the leadership team. You'll be working on topics that span commercial performance, organisational development, customer experience, and leadership priorities.
No two days are the same. One week you might help prepare a board discussion or facilitate a leadership workshop. The next week, you could guide a cross-functional initiative, align stakeholders across the business, or help define how an important change is rolled out for lasting impact.
The common denominator is simple: you'll work where important decisions are made—and help ensure they turn into results.
What you'll be working on
- Partner with the EVP and the B2C Sweden Leadership Team, helping set, facilitate and follow up on the leadership agenda while ensuring priorities are translated into action across the organisation.
- Turn complex business topics into clear, decision-ready material for board meetings, leadership forums and executive discussions, coordinating senior stakeholder input along the way.
- Lead projects and processes from beginning to end by building structure, coordinating key contributors, following up on action items, and turning ideas into concrete outcomes.
- Track how the organisation is absorbing change, including workload, capacity and readiness, and use those insights to help shape how initiatives are prioritised, communicated and implemented.
- Improve ways of working within the PMO and Executive Office by bringing structure, clarity and efficiency to leadership processes.
- Coordinate executive planning, calendar, meetings and travel, ensuring the EVP is well prepared and able to focus on the highest-value priorities.
