Du kennst die Besonderheiten von Banken und/oder Versicherungen, kannst fachliche Anforderungen einordnen und hast Spaß daran, daraus bessere, digitale Lösungen zu entwickeln?

Als (Senior) Business Analyst stehst du unseren Kund:innen aus Financial Services, Versicherungen und Automotive bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Geschäftsmodelle, Prozesse und Systeme zur Seite. Dabei verbinden wir fachliches Verständnis, Prozesskompetenz und technologische Möglichkeiten, um Lösungen zu entwickeln, die im operativen Geschäft tatsächlich funktionieren.

Was kannst Du bei uns erwarten

  • Du berätst unsere Kund:innen bei fachlichen und prozessualen Fragestellungen
  • Du analysierst Anforderungen und entwickelst passende Zielbilder und Lösungskonzepte
  • Du optimierst und automatisierst Geschäftsprozesse
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Arbeitspakete oder Projekte
  • Du moderierst zwischen Fachbereich, IT und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Du begleitest Lösungen End-to-End – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung

Und was bringst Du dafür mit?

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Business Analyse und Anforderungsmanagement sowie Methodenkompetenz aus dem Prozess- und Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Banking oder Versicherungsumfeld, idealerweise mit fundiertem bankfachlichem Know-how
  • Verständnis für fachliche Prozesse und die Fähigkeit, diese mit technischen Lösungen zu verbinden
  • Spaß daran, komplexe Themen zu strukturieren und bedarfsgerechte Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine bank-/versicherungsfachliche Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation
