Om rollen

Vi söker en erfaren Senior Projektledare med gedigen erfarenhet av HVDC-projekt. Du kommer att leda större och komplexa projekt från planering till leverans och ansvara för att projektet genomförs enligt avtal, tidplan, budget samt uppsatta krav på kvalitet och säkerhet.

Rollen passar dig som har erfarenhet av HVDC Greenfield-, Brownfield- och/eller anbudsprojekt och är trygg i att leda både projektteam och kunddialoger.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda större och komplexa HVDC-projekt och/eller anbudsprojekt
  • Ansvara för projektets tid, kostnad, kvalitet och säkerhet
  • Planera, följa upp och styra projektets genomförande
  • Leda och koordinera interna och externa projektresurser
  • Hantera kunddialog, leverantörskontakter och kommersiella frågor
  • Hantera avvikelser, risker och kontraktuella frågor
  • Delta i förhandlingar med kunder och leverantörer
  • Säkerställa en strukturerad och framgångsrik projektleverans

Vi söker dig som

  • Har minst 5 års erfarenhet av större HVDC Greenfield-, Brownfield- och/eller anbudsprojekt
  • Har BSc eller högre utbildning inom elektroteknik eller motsvarande
  • Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av komplex projektledning
  • Har god förståelse för kommersiella och kontraktuella frågor
  • Är van att leda projektteam och samarbeta med olika intressenter
  • Har mycket god kommunikativ och organisatorisk förmåga
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska flytande

Meriterande: Erfarenhet av linjechefsansvar samt projektledarcertifiering som PMP, IPMA Level B/C eller motsvarande.
