  • Lead key elements of quarterly earnings preparation, including consensus analysis, earnings materials, executive briefing documents, investor messaging, logistics, and post-earnings follow-up.
  • Monitor analyst financial models, estimates, ratings, target prices, shareholder activity, and market perception to identify risks, opportunities, and investor themes.
  • Support development and communication of GF’s investment thesis, translating complex technology, financial, and strategic information into clear investor messaging.
  • Develop investor presentations, executive talking points, investor materials, and webinar content.
  • Support planning and execution of Investor Days, analyst events, conferences, non-deal roadshows, webinars, and other investor engagement activities.
  • Monitor and synthesize market intelligence, including competitor developments, customer trends, semiconductor industry dynamics, and broader market news.
  • Prepare executive and Board-level materials summarizing investor sentiment, analyst feedback, shareholder activity, and market developments.
  • Maintain investor relations analytics, investor targeting activities, CRM systems, and related reporting processes, driving improvements to tools and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage the Investor Relations calendar, including investor meetings, calls, conferences, roadshows, and site visits.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence and automation to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and generate actionable insights.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Strategy.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executives, investors, and financial analysts.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in Investor Relations for a publicly traded company and/or sell-side equity research.
  • Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg, AlphaSense, or comparable financial market intelligence platforms.
  • MBA, CFA, CPA, or comparable professional credentials.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
