What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll drive improvements across our global test network by analyzing DAT Test Yield trends, identifying root causes, and partnering with test sites to elevate performance. You’ll support OEM/MRO test councils, collaborate with cross‑functional teams on network-wide investigations, and lead efforts with the Vibe IPT to resolve vibration-related issues. You’ll maintain and develop test standard work, coordinate test cell tooling and correlation needs, and work closely with MRO test teams to implement process improvements that enhance both quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll develop practical collaboration skills by working with experienced engineers, quality teams, and test sites across the network. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to creating and maintaining standard work, understanding vibration issues, and supporting test cell correlation activities. Along the way, you’ll learn how to identify improvement opportunities, contribute to process‑efficiency projects, and grow your technical confidence in a real-world test environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
