Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX. What You Will Do Conduct studies and apply Lean principles to optimize cost control, inventory management, and process efficiency. Design, develop, and improve workflows, station loading, line balancing, and production layouts. Create and update routings, labor standards, manufacturing standard work, and the ERP system. Develop tools, fixtures, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality and reliability. Optimize production floor layouts for equipment utilization, process flow, and operator efficiency. Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs). Qualifications You Must Have Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related STEM field and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
