COLLINS AEROSPACE, acteur majeur dans l'industrie aéronautique, est à la recherche d’un inspecteur qualité pour venir renforcer son équipe Contrôle Qualité sur le site de Colomiers.

  • Goodrich Aerospace Europe SAS est une entité de Collins Aerospace, groupe RTX, leader mondial de l’aéronautique. Basée à Colomiers et à Toulouse, elle est spécialisée dans la conception, la production et la maintenance de structures aéronautiques avancées. L’entreprise se distingue par son expertise en matériaux composites et en technologies innovantes, contribuant au développement d’avions plus légers, plus performants et plus durables. Elle s’inscrit dans une dynamique forte d’innovation, notamment autour de l’électrification et de la décarbonation de l’aviation. Missions principales :

Rattaché au chef d’équipe du secteur Podding 350 / Paint 350 vous aurez pour mission de :

  • Réaliser des opérations de contrôle et de vérification à l’aide des outils de mesure appropriés (Pied à coulisse, comparateur, jauge de profondeur, micromètre, go nogo…)
  • Veillez à la conformité des produits et des opérations effectuées dans le cadre des spécifications techniques, normes qualité et réglementations applicables,
  • Attester de la conformité des produits,
  • Traiter les non-conformités : mineures (eIPU) ou majeures (SAP QN),
  • Les horaires de ce poste sont 7h15-15h15

Profil :

  • Idéalement de formation initiale BTS/DUT Génie Mécanique, Mesures Physiques (ou équivalent) et/ou CQPM Qualité et/ou avec une expérience au sein d’un atelier Collins.
  • Votre expertise technique est reconnue. Vous maîtrisez les outils de mesures conventionnels (micromètres, pied à coulisse…). Vous maîtrisez la lecture de plan et le pack office. Vous avez des connaissances SAP.
  • Vous êtes force de proposition. Vous faites preuve de réactivité, de flexibilité et êtes disponible pour répondre aux impératifs de charge.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, intégrité et travail en équipe sont des qualités indispensables pour réussir à ce poste.
  • Anglais technique (lu et écrit) exigé.
  • Cotation : D7
