Collins Aerospace Avionics – Fire Protection Systems France est spécialisée dans la conception, le développement, la fabrication et la maintenance de systèmes de protection incendie aéronautique civile et militaire.

Nous recherchons un(e) peintre pour rejoindre l’équipe Extinction L’hotellier basé à Antony.

Ce que vous allez faire :

En tant que peintre aéronautique, vous assurez les opérations de peinture sur ensembles et sous-ensembles extincteurs neufs et MRO, selon les règles de sécurité et les impératifs de réalisation (délais, qualité…).

Dans ce cadre, vous aurez entre autres pour missions :

  • Vérifier l’état de surface des pièces, si besoin, assurer le nettoyage et le dégraissage.
  • Assurer le masquage et la préparation des pièces sur les supports.
  • Préparer la peinture (dosage, teinte, mélange, …) et assurer le réglage de l’équipement (pistolet, aspiration cabine).
  • Assurer le nettoyage, le rangement et l’organisation de la cabine de peinture dans le respect des bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité, d’hygiène et d’environnement.
  • Veuillez au respect des dates de péremptions des produits chimiques et suivre l’état des stocks.
  • Rendre compte des problèmes rencontrés au Responsable de production
  • Compléter les supports qualité et de suivi de production et de réalisation (incidents, interventions, …)
  • Contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue (process, outils et instructions de travail)

Votre profil :

  • Titulaire d’une formation en peinture, du CAP au Bac Professionnel, idéalement dans le domaine aéronautique ou de l’aviation générale, ou d’une formation équivalente.
  • Une expérience en milieu aéronautique serait un plus.
  • Rigueur, minutie, capacité d’adaptation et esprit d’analyse sont des qualités essentielles pour occuper ce poste.
  • Bonne connaissance des matériaux et des produits chimiques.
