• Gestão Físico-Lógica: Coordenar e garantir a entrega de projetos de infraestrutura de rede (cabeamento estruturado, ativos de rede, telecom) e sua integração com sistemas e software de governança. • Liderança Multidisciplinar: Conectar as frentes técnicas de campo (coordenadores e técnicos) às demandas estratégicas e de sistemas (analistas e PMs), garantindo fluidez na comunicação e eliminação de gargalos. • Gestão Híbrida: Aplicar o rigor do gerenciamento tradicional (Waterfall/PMBOK) para controle de cronograma, custos e infraestrutura de campo, combinado com a agilidade (Scrum/Kanban) para entregas iterativas e gestão de sistemas. • Foco em Eficiência (Lean): Identificar e eliminar desperdícios operacionais nos processos de implantação, garantindo a máxima produtividade da equipe e otimização de recursos.

Diferenciais (Desejável) • Certificações de mercado (PMP, PSM/CSM, Lean, OKR ou Management 3.0). • Formação em Engenharia, Redes de Computadores, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.

• Bagagem sólida no gerenciamento de projetos de grande porte em Infraestrutura de TI, Telecomunicações ou Redes Estruturadas. • Ferramentas de Planejamento e Controle: Microsoft Project (essencial para estruturação de EAP, caminhos críticos e linha de base) e Excel Avançado (fórmulas complexas, tabelas dinâmicas e análise de dados operacionais/financeiros). • Visão de Campo e Sistemas: Compreensão clara de topologias de rede, infraestrutura física e processos de governança de TI/Software. • Domínio de Metodologias: Experiência prática na aplicação de frameworks ágeis e tradicionais de forma combinada (Híbrida). • Perfil Resolutivo: Comunicação direta, capacidade de negociação e tomada de decisão sob pressão de prazos contratuais.
