Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, proativa e atenta aos detalhes para integrar nosso time de Recursos Humanos, com atuação voltada às rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, especialmente aos processos admissionais.Essa pessoa será responsável por apoiar as etapas de admissão de novos colaboradores, garantindo a conferência de documentos, o cumprimento de prazos e a organização das informações necessárias para a formalização das contratações.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Apoiar os processos admissionais, desde o recebimento da documentação até a conclusão da contratação.Solicitar, receber e conferir documentos admissionais, verificando a integridade e a conformidade das informações.Realizar contato com candidatos aprovados para orientar sobre documentação, prazos e etapas da admissão.Efetuar cadastros e lançamentos de informações nos sistemas de RH e Departamento Pessoal.Acompanhar pendências documentais e realizar cobranças junto aos candidatos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.Apoiar o agendamento e o acompanhamento de exames admissionais.Encaminhar informações e documentos às áreas responsáveis pela formalização do vínculo empregatício.Apoiar o controle de planilhas, e relatórios relacionados aos processos admissionais.Prestar suporte à equipe de RH em atividades administrativas e demais rotinas de Departamento Pessoal.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino médio completo.Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.Familiaridade com conferência de documentos, cadastros e controles administrativos.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, organização e atenção aos detalhes.Diferenciais:Experiência com admissão de colaboradores.Desejável experiência anterior em Recursos Humanos, Departamento Pessoal ou rotinas admissionaisConhecimento de sistemas de RH e Departamento Pessoal.Vivência com plataformas de admissão digital e assinatura eletrônica de documentos.Conhecimento básico de legislação trabalhista aplicada ao processo admissional.
