Demais atividades de Nível 2.Acompanhamento e tratamento de chamados via ferramenta de ITSM; Conhecimentos em rotinas automatizadas para atualizações de parque computacional, formatação e configuração de estações de trabalho entre outras relacionadas a este escopo.
