Wir suchen für unseren Standort Neubadrain eine engagierte Gruppenleitung für unsere altersgemischte Gruppe. Was sind Deine Aufgaben?

Du betreust und pflegst Babys im Alter von 3 bis 18 Monaten und schenkst ihnen Sicherheit, Nähe und individuelle Förderung. Du gestaltest liebevoll den Alltag der Babys und planst Aktivitäten, die auf die Bedürfnisse dieser Altersgruppe abgestimmt sind. Du dokumentierst sorgfältig die Entwicklungsschritte der Babys und informierst die Eltern regelmässig über ihre Fortschritte. Du arbeitest eng im Team mit deinen Kolleg*innen, um eine stabile und harmonische Gruppenatmosphäre zu schaffen. Du trägst dazu bei, die hohen Betreuungsstandards von globegarden zu sichern und weiterzuentwickeln. Was solltest Du mitbringen?

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als FABE, Erzieher/in oder vergleichbare sozialpädagogische Qualifikationen Teamplayer Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und Flexibilität Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Das bieten wir dir - du kannst dich entfalten:
