Aktuell suchen wir 1 IT-Service Engineer Junior (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* 1st-Level-Support (Clients, Windows, Hardware, Applikationen)

* Selbstständige Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung

* Hardware Einkauf

* Erstellung und laufende Aktualisierung unseres WIKIs

* Installation von diverser Hard- und Software

* Proaktive Beseitigung von Problemursachen

* IT mäßige Betreuung des GLOCK Maschinenparks

* Pflege unseres Ticket- und Asset-Management-Systems

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder IT-Affinität sowie praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Support, auch ohne formale IT-Ausbildung

* Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Infrastrukturen

* Netzwerkkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

* Kommunikative Persönlichkeit

* Hands-on-Mentalität

* Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit

* Engagement, sich in neue technologische Herausforderungen einzuarbeiten

Für diese Stelle ist eine kollektivvertragliche Mindestentlohnung Beschäftigungsgruppe D von monatlich EUR 2.947,89 brutto vorgesehen. Leistungsgerechte Überzahlung nach entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
