Aktuell suchen wir 1 Teamleiter IT System- und Netzwerktechnik (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams System- & Netzwerktechnik

* Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und effizienten IT-Betriebs

* Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Server-, Netzwerk- und Cloud-Infrastruktur

* Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von IT-Projekten sowie des Update- und Patch-Managements

* Optimierung von IT-Prozessen, Standards und der technischen Architektur

* Definition, Monitoring und kontinuierliche Verbesserung relevanter KPIs und Servicelevels

* Unterstützung des Teams bei technischen Eskalationen sowie Förderung der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teams und Stakeholdern an mehreren Standorten

Ihr Profil

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich System- und Netzwerktechnik sowie Führungserfahrung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Switching, Routing, VLANs und WLAN

* Erfahrung mit Cloud- bzw. Hybrid-Umgebungen sowie Monitoring-Lösungen

* Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung sowie Storage- und Backup-Systemen

* Erfahrung mit Windows Server, Active Directory und Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Serviceorientierung

* ITIL-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und Scripting von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen zum zweiten Unternehmensstandort

Gleitende Arbeitszeit

Für diese Stelle ist eine kollektivvertragliche Mindestentlohnung Beschäftigungsgruppe G von monatlich EUR 4.445,89 brutto vorgesehen. Leistungsgerechte Überzahlung nach entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
