  • Du führst und entwickelst den Bereich Gebäudetechnik mit unternehmerischem Blick und gestaltest seine Zukunft aktiv mit.
  • Du steuerst anspruchsvolle Gebäudetechnikprojekte von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und behältst Qualität, Termine und Wirtschaftlichkeit im Blick.
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden zukunftsfähige, nachhaltige und wirtschaftlich überzeugende Lösungen in den Bereichen HLKS.
  • Du baust starke Kunden- und Partnerbeziehungen auf und weiter aus und pflegst dein Netzwerk zu Bauherren, Planern, Architekten, Generalunternehmern und weiteren Marktpartnern.
  • Du übernimmst unternehmerische Verantwortung für Budget, Ergebnis sowie die Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsziele deines Bereichs.
  • Du entwickelst dein Team fachlich und persönlich weiter, förderst Eigenverantwortung und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Menschen gerne gemeinsam erfolgreich sind.

Deine Expertise

  • Du bringst eine technische Grundausbildung in der Gebäudetechnik mit, vorzugsweise in Heizung oder Sanitär, und hast dich auf Stufe HF, FH oder vergleichbar weitergebildet.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Projekt- oder Bereichsleitung und hast bereits erfolgreich Führungsverantwortung übernommen.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, verhandelst überzeugend und begegnest Kunden und Geschäftspartnern souverän und auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, denkst über den eigenen Bereich hinaus und findest gemeinsam mit deinem Team pragmatische und nachhaltige Lösungen.
