Customer Service Agent & Piercer (m/w/d) - Teilzeit zum sofortigen Zeitpunkt

Was du tust:

  • Mit deiner einnehmenden Art begrüßt du unsere Kunden freundlich im Studio und stehst Ihnen gerne mit Rat & Tat herzlich zur Seite
  • Du übernimmst die Beantwortung telefonischer Anfragen sowie Terminvereinbarungen und stellst gewissenhaft die Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten sicher
  • Auch auf digitaler Ebene bist du kompetenter Ansprechpartner und beantwortest E-Mails und digitale Anfragen mit viel Freundlichkeit und Know-How
  • Durch deine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise übernimmst du Kassiervorgänge und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Auswahl unserer Pflegeartikel
  • Durchführen diverser Piercings
  • Du stellst sicher, dass dein Arbeitsplatz immer voll ausgestattet ist, um einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf sicherzustellen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Service am Kunden oder im Piercen mit; wir freuen uns aber auch sehr über motivierte Quereinsteiger
  • Die Eigenmotivation dich selbst weiterzubilden und in deinem Job stetig zu wachsen
  • Mit deinem freundlichen Auftreten und deiner gewinnenden Art überzeugst du unsere Kunden und nimmst ihnen die Angst
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und bringst deine Hands-on-Mentalität gleich mit
  • Nebst Deutschkenntnissen kannst du dich auch auf Englisch gut ausdrücken, um dich mit internationalen Kunden und Guest-Artists austauschen zu können
  • Interesse, dich zum Piercer/ zur Piercerin ausbilden zu lassen
