The posting

El Técnico de Instalaciones y Proyectos (Temporal) es responsable de ejecutar instalaciones estandarizadas de equipos Glory y equipos de terceros, conforme a los estándares definidos, cronogramas de proyecto y requisitos de calidad.

Este rol está orientado a la ejecución operativa de alto volumen dentro de programas de instalación masiva, actuando como un ejecutor disciplinado dentro de un modelo estructurado de proyectos.

La posición es de carácter temporal durante la duración del proyecto, con posibilidad de contratación permanente en función del desempeño.

El rol no incluye responsabilidades de diagnóstico avanzado, troubleshooting complejo o mantenimiento correctivo profundo, los cuales son gestionados por la organización de Servicio. No obstante, la capacidad de apoyar en la identificación y resolución de problemas durante la instalación será considerada como un diferenciador de desempeño y una oportunidad de desarrollo hacia posiciones dentro de la organización de Servicio.

Key Responsibilities

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Ejecutar la instalación de equipos Glory y equipos de terceros conforme al alcance definido del proyecto.
  • Realizar inspección y validación del sitio previo a la instalación (site readiness), asegurando condiciones adecuadas de energía, red, espacio físico e infraestructura.
  • Ejecutar la instalación física, incluyendo anclaje de equipos y uso de herramientas especializadas.
  • Realizar conexiones básicas eléctricas, de red y periféricos necesarias para la instalación.
  • Operar bajo programas de instalación de alto volumen, cumpliendo metas de productividad de aproximadamente 3 a 4 instalaciones por día, según definición del liderazgo del proyecto.
  • Seguir estrictamente los cronogramas definidos por el equipo de Proyectos, sin desviaciones no autorizadas.
  • Ejecutar instalaciones en sitio del cliente o en almacenes, según planificación del proyecto.
  • Completar la instalación asegurando cumplimiento total de estándares de calidad, seguridad y documentación.
  • Ejecutar y cumplir con los flujos y checklists de instalación definidos por la compañía.
  • Asegurar la correcta documentación de cada instalación, incluyendo:
  • Checklists completos y validados
  • Evidencia fotográfica (antes y después)
  • Validación de Go-Live
  • Brindar capacitación básica operativa al cliente al momento de la instalación (handover funcional).
  • En caso de incidentes durante la instalación, coordinar con soporte técnico para diagnóstico básico y resolución en sitio cuando sea posible.
  • Utilizar correctamente herramientas, equipos y materiales asignados.
  • Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad y uso obligatorio de equipo de protección personal (PPE).
  • Participar en los entrenamientos técnicos requeridos para el rol.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

EDUCACIÓN Y CALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS

Nivel de Educación:

  • Carrera técnica en electrónica, electromecánica, mecatrónica o afín (preferido)

Calificaciones:

  • Conocimientos básicos en electricidad y electrónica
  • Capacidad para leer diagramas de instalación y procedimientos técnicos
  • Experiencia básica en uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo y viajes constantes
  • Licencia de conducir vigente (mandatoria)
  • Capacidad para conducir en carretera y realizar traslados largos entre ciudades
  • Capacidad para manejar vehículos estándar (transmisión manual)
  • Inglés técnico básico deseable (lectura de manuales)
