Som receptionist er du en vigtig del af hotellets hjerte og blandt de første, vores gæster møder. Din vigtigste opgave er at få gæsterne til at føle sig velkomne, trygge og godt hjulpet – fra ankomst til afrejse.

Dine opgaver

  • Check-in og check-out
  • Gæsteservice ved skranken, på telefon og via e-mail
  • Booking af individuelle gæster, firmagæster og grupper
  • Håndtering af reservationer, betaling og fakturering
  • Tæt samarbejde med hotellets øvrige afdelinger

Vi forventer, at du

  • Har erfaring fra hotelreception.
  • Er serviceminded, positiv og imødekommende
  • Arbejder struktureret og bevarer overblikket – også når der er travlt
  • Behersker dansk og engelsk
  • Har flair for IT og hurtigt lærer nye systemer
  • Er fleksibel med morgen-, aften- og weekendvagter
