Summary The Business Assurance Team provides independent, enterprise-wide oversight of governance, risk management, compliance, and operational resilience. As a strategic second-line function, the team enables executive leadership to proactively manage risks, ensure regulatory and ethical compliance, and strengthen organizational resilience. The Business Assurance Supervisor is responsible for supporting and enhancing GLOVIS America’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework. This role partners cross-functionally to strengthen governance processes, monitor compliance, manage organizational risk, and support business continuity initiatives while enabling operational efficiency and long-term growth. Compensation $83,923 - $96,373 yearly salary range. (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection) Responsibilities 1) Governance, Risk & Compliance - Support implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise GRC frameworks - Assist in developing standardized risk assessment processes and governance practices - Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements - Prepare governance, risk, and compliance reporting for management 2) Operational Risk & Internal Controls - Review end-to-end operational processes to identify risks, control gaps, and inefficiencies - Recommend process improvements and internal control enhancements - Support risk assessments and ongoing monitoring of key controls - Conduct operational process and internal control reviews across GUS and affiliates 3) Policy & Compliance Management - Assist in developing and maintaining corporate policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines - Conduct compliance reviews against internal policies and external requirements - Support regulatory, ESG, and certification readiness activities - Assist with governance maturity assessments and remediation activities 4) Revenue / Cost Leakage Assurance - Review and investigate potential revenue leakage and cost overstatement across GUS and affiliates - Validate billing accuracy, cost allocation, and operational transactions - Perform root-cause analysis of identified issues and control gaps - Support corrective action plans and control enhancements to prevent recurrence Other duties as assigned Benefits of working at GLOVIS America Inc.

Education & Experience
