Second Shift Position- Monday- Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am Summary The Customer Service Representative (HU) position is responsible for supporting OEM parts operations and Port Installed (PIO) inventory activities, managing inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution processes, coordinating customer and operational support requirements, maintaining reports and documentation that support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. The role works closely with warehouse operations, Vehicle Proscessing Center (VPC) teams, OEM customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely issue resolution, and compliance with operational problem-solving, and cross-functional communication. Responsibilities - Monitor and maintain OEM parts and Port Installed Options (PIO) inventory records to support inventory accuracy and operational requirements- Track inventory, transactions, parts movement, usage activities, and inventory balances to ensure accurate inventory control and traceability. - Perform inventory reconciliation activities by comparing inventory records, transaction history, and physical inventory data to identify discrepancies.- Investigate and resolve inventory variances, shortages, damaged parts, missing inventory, and transaction discrepancies through analysis and coordination with operational stakeholders.- Process repair orders, inventory adjustments, parts transactions and supporting documentation in accordance with established procedures.- Coordinate with warehouse operation personnel to verify inventory activity, resolve inventory concerns, and support daily operational requirements. - Communicate with OEM customers regarding inventory status, parts availability, discrepancy resolution, repair order updates, and operational support requests.- Maintain inventory reports, tracking logs, repair order documentation, reconciliation records, and customer support files to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.Prepare inventory performance reports, discrepancy summaries, inventory status updates, and operational reports for management and customer review.- Review inventory activity and transaction trends to identify recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improved inventory accuracy.- Support customer requirements by responding to inquires, providing inventory information, and facilitating timely resolution of inventory-related concerns.- Coordinate with Vehicle Processing Center (VPC), warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to support efficient inventory management and parts availability. - Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, documentation requirements, and company operational standards.- Assist with implementation of process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy, customer service performance, and operational efficiency. - Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation reviews by providing documentation and inventory analysis.- Assist with inventory system updates, reporting enhancements and process documentation activities. - Participate in special projects related to PIO inventory management, customer support initiatives. and operational improvement efforts. Compensation pay range $48,000-$58,000/Year (Subject to Compensation Study Request) Education & Experience
High School Diploma/G.E.D Required AA Degree Preferred 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience Required
