Voor een labo gelegen in Tielen, zoeken wij een gedreven planner die mee de touwtjes in handen durft nemen. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je de labo-activiteiten in goede banen zal leiden. Word jij de nieuwe rechterhand van de operational manager?

Wat ga je doen? - Planning & coördinatie: Je stelt de productieplanning op in een gespecialiseerd softwarepakket voor tandtechniek. Daarbij zorg je voor de perfecte balans tussen de verwachtingen van de klant en de capaciteit van onze labo’s. - Samenwerking over afdelingen heen: Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met de verantwoordelijken van de verschillende labo’s en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op één lijn zit. - Klantcontact: Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de organisatie en tandartsen. Je communiceert helder over timing, wijzigingen en leveringen en bouwt mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties. - Kwaliteit & service: Met jouw nauwkeurige aanpak en professionele communicatie draag je bij aan een uitstekende dienstverlening en een kwaliteitsvolle uitstraling van het bedrijf. - Probleemoplossend denken: Verloopt een planning anders dan verwacht? Dan schakel jij snel, zoek je naar passende oplossingen en houd je alle betrokken partijen correct geïnformeerd.

Een veelzijdige functie waarin planning, klantcontact en organisatie samenkomen. Je krijgt een centrale rol binnen een innovatieve omgeving waar kwaliteit en teamwork vooropstaan.
