The posting

Voor een onderneming actief in de voedingssector zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Assistant ter versterking van het kwaliteitsteam.

In deze functie ondersteun je het kwaliteitsbeleid op de werkvloer en draag je actief bij aan het bewaken en continu verbeteren van de kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen. Je werkt nauw samen met de productieafdeling en bent een aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteit binnen de organisatie. Je rapporteert aan de Quality Manager.

Ondersteunen en opvolgen van het kwaliteitsbeleid en het HACCP-systeem.

Medewerkers sensibiliseren rond hygiëne, kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.

Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsrondgangen en controleren of procedures correct worden nageleefd.

Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsgerelateerde vragen binnen de productieomgeving.

Verzamelen, verwerken en opvolgen van kwaliteitsgegevens.

Nemen van stalen en opvolgen van laboanalyses.

Controleren, registreren en opvolgen van kritische controlepunten (CCP's).

Uitvoeren van kalibraties, metingen en traceerbaarheidscontroles.

Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits, waaronder IFS- en ACS-audits.

Detecteren van afwijkingen en meewerken aan corrigerende en preventieve acties.

Collega's begeleiden en ondersteunen bij het correct toepassen van kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften.

Meewerken aan de optimalisatie van bestaande procedures en processen.

Je beschikt over een bachelor in voedingstechnologie, biowetenschappen of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en voedselveiligheidsnormen, waaronder HACCP.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.

Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.

Je communiceert vlot en weet collega's op een constructieve manier te sensibiliseren.

Je bent een teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen.

Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en kunt vlot met digitale systemen werken.

Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.

Je hebt een sterke interesse in voeding, hygiëne, kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.

Je beschikt over een goed smaak- en geurvermogen en bent bereid producten sensorisch te beoordelen.
