Ben jij communicatief sterk en haal je voldoening uit het helpen van klanten? Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de mobiliteitssector zoeken we een Customer Service Officer die klanten professioneel begeleidt en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van hun vragen en dossiers.

In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, agentschappen en interne diensten. Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en correct geholpen worden.

Jouw takenpakket

Je beantwoordt klantenvragen via telefoon en e-mail.

Je behandelt vragen, opmerkingen en klachten en zoekt naar gepaste oplossingen.

Je volgt klantendossiers van A tot Z op en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling.

Je registreert en verwerkt klantgegevens en communicatie in de interne systemen.

Je onderhoudt contact met verschillende agentschappen en interne afdelingen.

Je bewaakt de voortgang van dossiers en informeert klanten tijdig over de stand van zaken.

Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de klantenservice en interne werkprocessen.

Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste werkervaring in customer service, klantendienst, administratie of een commerciële binnendienst.

Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Je bent klantgericht en haalt energie uit dagelijks klantencontact.

Je bent communicatief sterk en weet ook bij moeilijke klantenvragen rustig en professioneel te blijven.

Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan zelfstandig dossiers beheren.

Je bent een echte teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen.
