We're growing fast and looking for a freelance platform expert to help us win global IT projects. If you live and breathe Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and Freelancer.com, this role is for you.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Onsite (Lahore) 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1–2 years

𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

- Hands-on experience winning software/IT projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and other freelancer platforms. - Expert in daily bidding, proposal writing, and platform profile optimization - Strong understanding of software development services (web, mobile, AI, cloud) - Proven track record of high conversion rates and client satisfaction scores - Ability to work independently and meet monthly revenue targets

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: As a Business Development Officer – Freelance Specialist, you will: - Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and Freelancer.com - Search and bid on relevant IT projects daily - Write customized, high-conversion proposals tailored to each client - Communicate with prospects and convert them into long-term clients - Maintain high response rates, win rates, and client feedback scores - Track proposals, wins/losses, and revenue generated on each platform
