Als Auszubildender Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration bist Du von Anfang an Teil unseres FoodGenius-Teams. Du lernst IT nicht aus dem Lehrbuch, sondern im echten Betrieb: Support, Systeme und Infrastruktur gehören gleichermaßen dazu.

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt im FoodGenius Support. Gleichzeitig bekommst Du Einblicke in unsere Server-, Linux- und Kubernetes-Infrastruktur und wächst schrittweise in technische Verantwortung hinein. Zugriffe und Verantwortung erhältst Du bei uns nicht pauschal, sondern dann, wenn Du sie Dir fachlich und zuverlässig erarbeitet hast.

Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitungszeit übernimmst Du schrittweise Verantwortung im technischen Betrieb – einschließlich der Teilnahme am 24x7 Notdienst für FoodGenius, selbstverständlich begleitet durch klare Prozesse und Eskalationswege.

Unser Ziel ist klar: Wir bilden nicht für den Lebenslauf aus, sondern für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit. Eine Übernahme nach der Ausbildung ist ausdrücklich gewünscht, wenn Leistung und Haltung stimmen.

Das wirst Du tun

  • Mitarbeit im FoodGenius Support:Annahme, Analyse und Lösung technischer und anwendungsbezogener Anfragen Unterstützung unsererKund:innenim täglichen Betrieb
  • Schrittweises Erlernen unserer Systeme, Produkte und Abläufe
  • Mitarbeit bei Infrastruktur-Themen:Überblick über Server-, System- und Service-Landschaften Arbeiten mit Logs, Monitoring und Fehlersuche Einblicke in Linux- undKubernetes-Umgebungen
  • Dokumentation von Lösungen, Prozessen und technischen ZusammenhängenÜbernahme klar abgegrenzter Aufgaben mit wachsender Eigenverantwortung Nach der Einarbeitung: Mitarbeit im 24x7 Notdienst fürFoodGeniusbei technischen Störungen – im Team, nicht allein

Das bringst Du mit

  • Echtes Interesse an IT und Technik – Leidenschaft statt Pflichtfach
  • Solide Grundkenntnisse in IT-Themen, z. B.:Betriebssysteme (idealerweise Linux, MacOS und Windows) Netzwerke grundlegende System- und Anwendungszusammenhänge
  • Keine „Ich spiele gerne an meiner Konsole“-Motivation, sondern echtes technisches Interesse
  • Gerne auch Studienabbrecher oder Quereinsteiger mit klarer IT-Begeisterung
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft, überwiegend vor Ort in St. Wendel zu arbeiten (ab und an 1 Tag Home-Office in Ausnahmefällen nach Absprache möglich)
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
