Nebst klassischen Controllingaufgaben in den Bereichen Reporting, Planung und Betriebsbuchhaltung erwartet dich eine interessante Stelle in der du das Produktionscontrolling datengetrieben und zukunftsorientiert weiterentwickelst. Wir suchen auf den nächstmöglichen Eintrittstermin eine:n

Controller (m/w/d) 80\-100%

Deine Aufgaben bestehen aus

* Konzipierung, Etablierung und Steuerung des bedarfsgerechten Produktionscontrolling * Optimierung der Kostenrechnung und Sicherstellung transparenter und konsistenter Daten\- und Systemlogik im ERP * Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stellen um Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu schaffen und Verbesserungsvorschläge voranzutreiben * aktive Mitwirkung in Abteilungs\- und Unternehmensprojekten * Unterstützung des Monats\- und Jahresabschluss * Fristgerechte Erstellung \& Analyse aussagekräftiger Management\-Reports * Mitarbeit bei der Budgetierung und Erstellung von Forecasts sowie Mittelfristplanung * Kontinuierliche, zukunftsorientierte Weiterentwickelung der Controlling und Reporting Prozesse und Instrumente Du bist

* kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig mit Freude an der Gestaltung von Prozessen und Strukturen * gewohnt in einem Team zu arbeiten in dem man sich gegenseitig unterstützt und Stellvertretung übernimmt * eine Person, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und proaktiv Dinge anpackt * lösungsorientiert und kooperationsfähig * zuverlässig, selbständig sowie belastbar Du hast

* ein BWL\-Studium (Uni/FH/HF) oder Experte:in Rechnungslegung \& Controlling abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industriebetrieb * Praxiserfahrung in Kostenrechnung, Kalkulation und produktionsnahem Controlling * sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Excel, ERP\-Systemen und modernen BI\-Tools * ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie vernetztes, prozessorientiertes Denken Wir bieten
