Einrichter:in Stanzautomaten 80 \- 100%

Deine Aufgaben bestehen aus

* Einrichten, Umrüsten und Bedienen von Stanzautomaten (50t\-160t, Haulick / / ) sowie Einlegepressen * Selbständiges Umrüsten anspruchsvoller Folgeverbundwerkzeuge bei Variantenwechseln * Überwachen der Serienfertigung und Sicherstellen einer stabilen Prozessqualität * Durchführen von Erst\- und Serienprüfungen mit Messmitteln gemäss Prüfplänen sowie Dokumentieren der Ergebnisse * Erkennen und systematisches Beheben von Störungen im Einricht\- und Fertigungsprozess * Mitwirken bei Standardisierung, Dokumentation und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung Du hast

* eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung EFZ in der Metallverarbeitung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * fundierte Erfahrung im selbständigen Einrichten, Umrüsten und Bedienen von Stanzautomaten * Kenntnisse in der Blechverarbeitung und im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Folgeverbundwerkzeugen * einen sicheren Umgang mit Messmitteln und Prüfplänen * eine präzise, qualitätsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an systematischer Fehlersuche * Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung unbd Bereitschaft, Wissen zu teilen und Verbesserungen mitzugestalten * gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Wir bieten
