The posting

Vi leverer infrastrukturen bag nogle af verdens største tech- og telekomvirksomheder som Google, Microsoft og Netflix.

Vi har brug for en dagholdleder, der kan følge med – og helst være et skridt foran.

Din opgave

Du får ansvaret for 12–15 medarbejdere og for, at produktionen performer – hver dag.

Det betyder, at du:

  • Sikrer høj oppetid og stabil drift
  • Optimerer tempo og kvalitet
  • Tager ansvar, når noget ikke spiller
  • Får dit team til at levere – sammen

Du er ikke typen, der står på sidelinjen. Du er ude i produktionen, tager fat og sætter standarden.

Hvad vi forventer

  • Du har ledererfaring fra produktion
  • Du har en håndværksmæssig/teknisk baggrund
  • Du er tydelig, handlekraftig og tager ansvar
  • Du trives i et miljø med tempo og krav
  • Du kommunikerer sikkert på dansk og kan begå dig på engelsk

Erfaring fra plastproduktion er en fordel – men din indstilling er afgørende.

Arbejdstid daghold:

Holdlederen for dagholdet arbejder mandag til torsdag kl. 06.00 til 13.45 samt fredag kl. 06.00 til 14.30 inklusive en pause pr. arbejdsdag på en halv time.
