Als Werkvoorbereider Civiel bij GMB zorg jij ervoor dat projecten in Noord-Holland goed voorbereid van start gaan en tijdens de uitvoering beheersbaar blijven. Je vertaalt contractstukken naar duidelijke eisen, houdt grip op planning en documentatie en zorgt dat inkoop, keuringen en projectinformatie op het juiste moment geregeld zijn.

Je werkt aan projecten binnen de watersector en schakelt daarbij veel met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines. Zo zorg je ervoor dat ontwerp en uitvoering goed op elkaar aansluiten en dat het projectteam buiten verder kan.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol zit je dicht op de inhoud van het project. Je analyseert contractstukken, zet eisen om in concrete acties en houdt overzicht over alles wat nodig is voor een goede voorbereiding en uitvoering.

Daarbij werk je niet alleen aan planningen en werkplannen, maar ook aan inkoop, keuringen, risico’s en wijzigingen. Je zorgt dat informatie klopt, actueel blijft en op tijd beschikbaar is voor het projectteam.

Je:

  • analyseert contractstukken en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke eisen voor ontwerp en uitvoering;
  • stelt werkplannen, planningen, begrotingen en rapportages op;
  • brengt inkoopbehoeften in kaart en coördineert het inkoopproces;
  • maakt afspraken met leveranciers en bewaakt de voortgang daarvan;
  • stelt verificatie- en keuringsplannen op;
  • verzorgt digitale keuringen en rapportages;
  • beheert de projectstructuur, specificaties en documentatie;
  • voert risico- en raakvlakanalyses uit;
  • bewaakt wijzigingen en zorgt dat projectinformatie actueel en volledig blijft.

Jouw werkomgeving

Je werkt vanuit onze vestiging in Heemskerk aan projecten in Noord-Holland en omgeving. Binnen het projectteam werk je samen met collega’s uit verschillende vakgebieden en heb je veel contact met uitvoering, projectleiding, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen.

De projecten vragen om een zorgvuldige voorbereiding en goede afstemming tussen techniek en uitvoering. Je krijgt daarom veel ruimte om zelfstandig je werk te organiseren, inhoudelijk mee te denken en verbeteringen aan te dragen wanneer je ziet dat iets slimmer of efficiënter kan.

Je kunt rekenen op:

  • uitdagende projecten binnen de watersector;
  • veel afwisseling tussen techniek, planning, inkoop en projectbeheersing;
  • korte lijnen met uitvoering en projectleiding;
  • ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen;

Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en vindt het prettig om complexe informatie terug te brengen tot duidelijke acties. Je denkt vooruit en ziet het snel wanneer iets in de voorbereiding gevolgen kan hebben voor de uitvoering.

Daarnaast kun je goed schakelen tussen verschillende belangen en werkzaamheden. Je begrijpt wat een project nodig heeft en weet daarin de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.

Je:

  • hebt mbo-/hbo-werk- en denkniveau;
  • hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • hebt goed inzicht in constructieve aspecten;
  • hebt brede kennis van materialen en ontwikkelingen in de markt;
  • werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig;
  • denkt commercieel en oplossingsgericht;
  • kunt zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen en overzicht bewaren.
