Wir bei der d.u.h. Group bauen unsere Kompetenzen im Bereich Requirements Management und Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) gezielt aus. Dafür suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die technische Entwicklungsprozesse versteht, Anforderungen strukturiert und Unternehmen bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Produktentwicklung begleitet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Requirements-Engineering- und Requirements-Management-Prozesse.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Entwicklungsprozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst individuelle Lösungsstrategien für ein durchgängiges Anforderungsmanagement.
  • Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Einführung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Siemens Polarion und unterstützt sie bei der Integration in bestehende Entwicklungs- und PLM-Systemlandschaften.
  • Du entwickelst Konzepte zur durchgängigen Rückverfolgbarkeit von Anforderungen, Änderungen, Tests und Entwicklungsentscheidungen.
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Vertrieb identifizierst du neue Kundenpotenziale, führst fachliche Beratungsgespräche und unterstützt bei Workshops, Lösungspräsentationen sowie der Angebotserstellung.
  • Du entwickelst wiederverwendbare Beratungs- und Implementierungskonzepte und gestaltest unser zukünftiges Leistungsportfolio im Bereich Requirements Management und ALM aktiv mit.
  • Als fachlicher Experte baust du internes Know-how auf, teilst dein Wissen mit deinen Kollegen und unterstützt die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering, Requirements Management oder in der technischen Produktentwicklung mit.
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in PLM-/ALM-Prozessen und idealerweise in Siemens Polarion oder vergleichbaren Softwarelösungen.
  • Du denkst analytisch, entwickelst praxisnahe Lösungen und kannst komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich vermitteln.
  • Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Freude an der Beratung.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und möchtest deine Expertise aktiv in den Aufbau eines neuen Geschäftsfeldes einbringen.
