The posting

We are looking for an experienced and responsible SiteSupervisor to oversee daily construction activities, manage site workers,coordinate with contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely,efficiently, and according to the approved schedule and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Education& Experience

  • Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction site supervisory experience, preferably in Singapore.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore construction site operations and safety regulations.
  • Ability to understand construction drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
  • Experience supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with manpower planning, material coordination, and daily progress reporting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Superviseand coordinate daily construction activities, including civil, structural,architectural, renovation, and maintenance works.

2. Managesite workers, subcontractors, and manpower deployment to ensure smoothoperations.

3. Monitordaily work progress and ensure completion according to project schedules.

4. Coordinatewith Project Managers, Engineers, Main Contractors, and other site personnel.

5. Ensureall construction activities comply with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) requirements.

6. Conductdaily toolbox meetings and brief workers on safety procedures, hazards, and workinstructions.

7. Ensureworkers follow approved Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), andPermit-to-Work (PTW) requirements where applicable.

8. Inspectworkmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, andquality standards.

9. Arrangeand monitor materials, equipment, tools, and manpower requirements.

10. Maintaindaily site reports, attendance records, progress updates, and manpowerdeployment reports.

11. Identifysite issues, report delays, and coordinate corrective actions.

12. Ensureproper housekeeping, safe access, and cleanliness at the worksite.

13. Attend sitecoordination meetings and communicate project requirements to workers.

14. Monitorsubcontractor performance and ensure work is completed within the stipulatedtimeline.

15. Report accidents,near misses, unsafe conditions, and other site incidents immediately.

· Abilityto work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

· Basicknowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and site reporting.

· Abilityto communicate effectively with workers of different nationalities.

· Willingnessto work at different construction sites across Singapore.

· Abilityto supervise multiple work activities simultaneously.

· Willingnessto work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required, subject toapplicable employment regulations.

· Physicallyfit to perform site inspections and supervisory duties.
