Du verstehst Marke als strategisches Führungsinstrument und hast Marken bereits von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung weiterentwickelt? Bei gmk übernimmst du Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Mandate und gestaltest mit uns Brand Driven Transformation: Markenarbeit, die Unternehmen Orientierung gibt und Veränderung vorantreibt.

Dein Alltag bei uns:

  • Du leitest markenstrategische Mandate eigenständig – von der Analyse und Strategieentwicklung bis zur Implementierung und Erfolgskontrolle
  • Du entwickelst Markenpositionierungen, Markenarchitekturen und weitere strategische Grundlagen der Markenführung
  • Du führst interdisziplinäre Projektteams, steuerst relevante Stakeholder und verantwortest Timings, Budgets sowie die Qualität der Ergebnisse
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Kreation zusammen und übersetzt Strategien in konkrete Leitplanken für Organisation, Angebot, Verhalten, Design und Kommunikation
  • Du berätst Entscheider:innen auf Augenhöhe, moderierst Workshops und führst auch in komplexen Situationen zu klaren Entscheidungen
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter und treibst unser New Business aktiv mit voran – von der Identifikation einer Chance bis zum überzeugenden Pitch
  • Du nutzt KI als Hebel für fundiertere, schnellere und wirkungsvollere Beratungsarbeit und sicherst dabei jederzeit die strategische und fachliche Qualität

Was dich ausmacht:

  • Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in strategischer Markenarbeit mit – etwa aus einer Markenberatung, einer Agentur oder einer verantwortungsvollen Markenfunktion auf Unternehmensseite
  • Du hast markenstrategische Projekte bereits selbst entwickelt und verantwortet, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Markenpositionierung, Markenarchitektur und -portfolio oder Markenimplementierung, und verstehst Markenführung als mehr als operatives Marketing und Kommunikation
  • Du hast Mandate oder komplexe Projekte sowie interdisziplinäre Teams eigenverantwortlich geführt und überzeugst durch Klarheit, Verbindlichkeit und einen teamorientierten Führungsstil
  • Du bringst Erfahrung und echte Leidenschaft für New Business und Kundenentwicklung mit und hast Freude daran, Chancen zu erkennen, Beziehungen aufzubauen und neue Mandate zu gewinnen
  • Du denkst analytisch und konzeptionell stark, präsentierst überzeugend und kommunizierst auch auf Entscheider:innenebene souverän
  • Du setzt KI reflektiert in deiner Arbeit ein, probierst neue Möglichkeiten aus und weißt, dass strategische Urteilskraft und Qualitätssicherung nicht delegierbar sind
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch souverän, setzt PowerPoint sicher ein und bist bereit, Kund:innentermine gelegentlich vor Ort wahrzunehmen
