Werk jij graag met peuters en vind je het leuk om hen te begeleiden in hun eerste stappen buiten huis? Als pedagogisch professional op de peutergroep zorg je voor een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving waarin kinderen van 2 tot 4 jaar spelenderwijs kunnen ontdekken, leren en groeien. Samen met collega’s draag je bij aan een goede start voor ieder kind.

Dit is jouw plek Op de peutergroep kinderdagverblijf de Tuimelaar in de Baarsjes Amsterdam werken we met het Voor- en Vroegschoolse Educatie (VVE) programma Kaleidoscoop, dat aansluit op het basisonderwijs. Binnen dit programma werken we aan taal, sociale vaardigheden en de eerste rekenprikkels.

Jouw functie

Als pedagogisch medewerker bij de VVE-peutergroep van Houthaven begeleid je dagelijks een groep peuters op hun ontdekkingsreis. Je werkt met het Kaleidoscoop programma, een thema-gebaseerde aanpak die kinderen stimuleert in hun taalontwikkeling, sociaal-emotionele groei en motoriek. Met jouw creativiteit en enthousiasme geef je vorm aan inspirerende activiteiten binnen verschillende thema’s, waarbij je kinderen een vertrouwde omgeving biedt om te groeien en zichzelf te ontwikkelen. Jouw doel is duidelijk: elk kind een stevige basis geven voor hun volgende stap, vol vertrouwen en plezier.

Wat breng jij mee?

We zoeken een pedagogisch medewerker met een groot hart voor peuters. Je hebt oog voor elk kind, vindt het leuk om met thema’s te werken, en zet je vol enthousiasme in om hen te laten groeien.

Verder heb je:

  • Een MBO-diploma dat jou kwalificeert om te werken in de kinderopvang;
  • In bezit van een VVE-certificaat;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (niveau 3F);
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel richting kinderen als ouders;
  • Een proactieve, open en flexibele werkhouding.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een contract van 32 uur per week, maandag t/m donderdag;
  • Salaris volgens schaal 6 van de CAO Kinderopvang, tussen de € 3.035,- en € 4.052,- o.b.v. 36 uur per week;
  • 8% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8%;
  • 210 vakantie- en verlofuren per jaar (bij een 36-urige werkweek);
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 per kilometer of het OV 100% vergoed;
  • Een bijdrage in jouw pensioen bij PFZW en korting op collectieve zorgverzekeringen;
  • De mogelijkheid tot een (elektrische) leasefiets;
  • Trainingen en cursussen om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen;
  • Ruimte voor jouw talent en inbreng in een stimulerende omgeving.
