GML er et konsulenthus med speciale i executive search, search & selection samt organisationsudvikling. Vi er 20 medarbejdere fordelt på kontorer i Kolding, Odense og Aarhus, hvor vi har til fælles, at etik, tillid og høj faglighed er centrale værdier i vores arbejde.

Et udfordrende og spændende studiejob

Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med vores researchere og konsulenter om rekrutterings- og kundeprojekter på tværs af brancher som energi, IT & teknologi, industri, retail, byggeri og mange flere.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  • Udarbejdelse af stillingsannoncer, kandidatbriefs og kandidatpræsentationer
  • Virksomheds-, markeds- og brancheanalyser
  • Administrativ support til konsulenterne, herunder udsendelse af test og koordinering
  • Marketing- og grafiske opgaver, fx i Canva
  • Projektopgaver, hvor du fungerer som administrativ tovholder
  • Vedligeholdelse af data og systemer

Kollegaen vi søger

Du er sandsynligvis studerende på 3. eller 4. semester på SDU eller en lignende videregående uddannelse og ønsker at supplere dit studie med relevant erhvervserfaring.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har et godt kendskab til Office-pakken
  • Gerne har erfaring med Canva eller andre grafiske værktøjer
  • Er stærk i skriftlig og mundtlig kommunikation på dansk og engelsk
  • Arbejder struktureret og detaljeorienteret
  • Er analytisk og nysgerrig af natur
  • Er fleksibel og klar til at tage en ekstra tørn i travle perioder
  • Har en positiv energi og bidrager til et godt arbejdsmiljø

Det er en fordel, hvis du har interesse for eller kendskab til AI-værktøjer og er nysgerrig på, hvordan ny teknologi kan understøtte og effektivisere arbejdsgange.
