The posting

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and brokers toidentify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full tender process, includingreviewing specifications, preparing costing, and sending out RFP/RFQ.
  • Review vendor quotations to meet tenderrequirements and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate and collate all tenderdocuments from various internal parties for timely and quality submission.
  • Assist in contract discussions,negotiations, and procurement of equipment.
  • Manage awarded projects, including budgetmonitoring, control, and milestone payouts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in a business orengineering-related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experiencewithin the marine industry.
  • Proven experience in handling commercialtenders and preparing costing frameworks.
