Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, rigging, and piping vendors during scheduled work and project activities. Review drawings, equipment manuals, and safety requirements to support project execution.

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability under motorsports-level loads and test frequencies. Conduct daily inspections of test cells, cooling systems, air systems, and facility infrastructure; escalate abnormalities promptly. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas consistent with motorsports operating standards. Provide training or support to junior technicians and contractors as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
