Pay/Schedule On-site weekdays 5:45a.m.-2:15p.m. $19.00-$22.00 hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities ·Has to set up press welders and brake presses to satisfy job requirements. · Has to set up the machine they are assigned to job requirements. · Locate and pull fixtures and coppers from their locations as needed. · Responsible for quality. · Show operators how to check their parts for accuracy and functionality. · Follow all safety procedures as set forth by the company. · Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. · Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. · Needs direction on what to work on.

Requirements · Good mechanical aptitude. · Basic math knowledge · Good interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements · Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. · Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with Employee Handbook · Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. · Long periods standing · Frequent walking · Some squatting and bending throughout the day. · Consistent use of hand tools, i.e. wrenches, hammer. · Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. · Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local.
