The posting

Vår kommun präglas av den välkända Gnosjöandan. Här finns entreprenörskap, hjälpsamhet och klurighet, som visar på att allt är möjligt. Familjeföretagandet finns i vårt DNA och barnen får testa att driva eget redan i skolan.

Kommunen har sju förskolor i Gnosjö, Hillerstorp, Kulltorp och Åsenhöga med ungefär 300 inskrivna barn och cirka 70 medarbetare. Vi arbetar utifrån förskolans läroplan (Lpfö18 rev. 2025) och efter de unika förutsättningar som finns vid varje förskola.

Till vårterminen 2027 söker vi nu ett antal vikarierande förskollärare till våra förskolor.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker dig som vill vara med och bidra till det dagliga arbetet och utvecklingen på en av våra förskolor. Du är engagerad och utgår från barnens förutsättningar när du tänker kring och arrangerar den pedagogiska miljön. Du är väl förtrogen med förskolans utbildning och undervisning.

Arbetet bedrivs efter förskolans läroplan med förskollärare som pedagogiskt ansvariga i samarbete med barnskötare och övrig personal. Du verkar aktivt för ett gott samarbete mellan kollegor och över hela verksamheten. Du ser barnens trygghet och inflytande som en självklarhet.

Vi ser nya möjligheter varje dag och arbetar för att barnen ska få vara med om lärorika och spännande upplevelser i vardagen. Utbildningen utformas utifrån en tillgänglig lärmiljö som ger möjlighet till kreativitet och utforskande. Ditt pedagogiska arbete och förhållningssätt kretsar kring individanpassning, variation och utmaningar som kännetecknas av att undervisningen är utmanande och utvecklande för varje barn.

Vi söker dig som medvetet arbetar med barnet i centrum och samtidigt driver förskolans arbete framåt.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi ser att du har lärarexamen och innehar legitimation för förskolan.

Du har god kännedom om de styrdokument som ligger till grund för förskolans utbildning och är väl insatt i det systematiska kvalitetsarbetet.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid social kompetens, personlig lämplighet, lösningsfokuserat perspektiv och förmåga till samverkan med vårdnadshavare och samarbete med kollegor och övrig personal.

Du har ett väl utvecklat förhållningssätt som du kan förmedla och kommunicera till hela arbetslaget. Du är öppen för att lära av andra och bidrar med egen kunskap och erfarenhet.

Tidigare erfarenhet av pedagogiskt arbete samt arbete med barn och unga ses som meriterande.

Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre, tillträde: 2027-01-07 eller enligt överenskommelse., upphör: 2027-07-09 .

Urval och intervjuer kan komma att ske löpande under annonseringstiden. Tjänsterna tillsätts under förutsättning av erforderliga beslut.
