ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker vikarie för kollega som går på föräldraledighet.

Som socialsekreterare för barn och unga handlägger du ärenden enligt Socialtjänstlagen och LVU. Du ansvarar för att driva ärenden framåt och att aktuell lagstiftning samt rutiner följs. Du utreder, analyserar, lägger fram förslag för beslut/fattar beslut samt följer upp. Du skriver yttranden enligt LuL m.m. Du samverkar samt håller i möten, både med barn och familjer, både internt och externt. Du jobbar med utredningar, insatser och placeringar.

Du kommer ingå i ett team som består av socialsekreterare, socialassistent och leds av enhetschef. I gruppen är det bra sammanhållning, god stämning och man hjälper varandra. Samverkan sker också med socialförvaltningens öppenvården.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har socionomexamen och erfarenhet inom myndighetsutövning inom socialtjänstlagen. Meriterande är erfarenhet av bedömningar, utredning och uppföljning av stödinsatser enligt SoL och LVU för barn och unga.

Som person är du stabil och bidrar till ett positivt arbetsklimat. Du trivs med variation i jobbet, är flexibel och har god förmåga att prioritera. Du kan arbeta självständigt men också tillsammans med andra. Du är kontrollerad i stressituationer och bekväm i att möta personer i utsatthet. Du har god samarbetsförmåga och ser samverkan som en förutsättning för att utforma bästa möjliga stöd till de familjer vi möter.

Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet.

Utdrag ur polisregistret krävs för att arbeta hos oss då man har en direkt och regelbunden kontakt med barn och ungdomar.

Du ska ha god förmåga att uttrycka dig i svenska språket, både i tal och skrift.

Socionomexamen är ett krav.

B-körkort är ett krav.

Intervjuer kommer att ske löpande under annonseringstiden.
