Hos oss får du en unik möjlighet att lära dig yrket som IT-tekniker från grunden, arbeta nära erfarna kollegor och utvecklas i takt med verksamheten.

Arbetsbeskrivning

Som praktikant hos oss får du möjlighet att utvecklas och arbeta brett inom IT-området. Du kommer att få prova olika arbetsuppgifter, stötta It-teknikerna i deras arbete och succesivt bygga upp en bred kompetens för framtiden.

Dina främsta arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara att arbeta med IT-supporten där du hjälper medarbetarna med IT-frågor och identifierar samt utvecklar lösningar för att förbättra IT-miljön. Andra arbetsuppgifter som förekommer är:

  • Stöd i drift, underhåll och enklare felsökning av system, tjänster, hårdvara och programvara
  • Medverka i förbättringsarbete av system och rutiner inom IT-området
  • Arbete i olika datorsystem
  • Vara delaktig i olika projekt

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som studerar en högskoleutbildning eller eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT-området. För att vara aktuell för praktik på Gnotec behöver du vara tillgänglig för minst 12 veckors praktik. Du bör ha god datorvana och viss kunskap inom Microsoft produktportfölj såsom Office365, Windows server och Active Directory.

Det är meriterande om du har någon erfarenhet av applikationsdrift, användarsupport eller nätverk men inget krav, viktigaste är att du har ett stort intresse för IT. Meriterande är också om du kan något av systemen som används hos oss:

  • PRTG
  • Freshdesk
  • Veeam
  • VMware ESXi
  • Jeeves

För att lyckas i rollen ska du ha ett intresse för IT och teknik. Som person bör du vara nyfiken, engagerad och ha en vilja att lära dig. Du gillar att ta initiativ och att bidra till att hitta nya lösningar och förbättringsalternativ till verksamheten. Du trivs i en varierad miljö, kan kommunicera tydligt och är serviceinriktad då stor del av arbetet fokusera på att vara till stöd i IT-frågor.
