Analista de Cibersegurança Sênior – Arquitetura de Segurança e Resposta a IncidentesDescrição da vagaAtuar como referência técnica do SOC, conduzindo de ponta a ponta a resposta a incidentes críticos nos ambientes dos clientes gerenciados, da análise inicial às lições aprendidas. Contribuir para a engenharia e a evolução das soluções e ferramentas de segurança utilizadas na operação, incluindo arquitetura, regras de detecção, automações e integrações. Apoiar tecnicamente os níveis N1 e N2 e as sub-áreas de CTI, Red Team e Sustentação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResposta a incidentes críticosLiderar o ciclo completo de incidentes críticos e de alto impacto: identificação, análise, contenção, erradicação, recuperação e pós-incidente.Conduzir investigações aprofundadas, correlacionando dados de SIEM, EDR, firewall, proxy, Active Directory e cloud para reconstruir a linha do tempo e o vetor de ataque.Realizar análise forense de hosts, logs e artefatos, e análise inicial de malware quando necessário.Definir e executar ações de contenção avançadas, em coordenação com os times técnicos do cliente.Comunicar-se com gestores e lideranças técnicas dos clientes durante os incidentes, apresentando impacto, ações tomadas e recomendações.Elaborar relatórios técnicos de incidentes e conduzir sessões de lições aprendidas, convertendo-as em melhorias de detecção, playbooks e postura de segurança.Engenharia de segurança e automaçãoProjetar, desenvolver e manter regras de detecção, decoders e casos de uso alinhados ao MITRE ATT&CK.Desenvolver automações de resposta, scripts de implantação e integrações via API entre as ferramentas da operação.Integrar novas fontes de log e tecnologias (firewalls, EDRs, cloud, ITSM) ao ecossistema de monitoramento.Participar da definição de arquitetura, escalabilidade e evolução das ferramentas internas de segurança.Utilizar ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA de forma segura e criteriosa, com revisão de código, versionamento e boas práticas de desenvolvimento seguro.Arquitetura de segurança e consultoria técnicaAvaliar ambientes de clientes e propor melhorias de arquitetura, hardening e cobertura de monitoramento.Apoiar o time comercial e de pré-vendas em provas de conceito, desenho de soluções e escopos técnicos.Qualidade, tuning e evolução do SOCRevisar ajustes em regras e playbooks, reduzindo falsos positivos e aumentando a efetividade das detecções.Realizar threat hunting a partir de hipóteses e de inteligência de ameaças.Definir e evoluir playbooks, procedimentos e a base de conhecimento do SOC.Mentoria e apoio multidisciplinarAtuar como último nível de escalonamento técnico para N1 e N2 e apoiar a capacitação contínua do time.Colaborar com CTI, Red Team e Sustentação em análises e projetos técnicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em resposta a incidentes e operações de SOC/Blue Team, incluindo a condução de incidentes críticos.Experiência com SIEM e EDR (Wazuh, QRadar, CrowdStrike, FortiEDR ou similares), incluindo a criação de regras e casos de uso.Conhecimento avançado em Linux, Windows, redes, Active Directory e protocolos.Programação e automação em Python, Bash ou PowerShell, e integração via APIs REST.Conhecimento de frameworks como MITRE ATT&CK, NIST e ISO 27001.DiferenciaisCertificações como GCIH, GCFA, OSCP, CISSP, CySA+ ou equivalentes.Experiência no desenvolvimento ou na arquitetura de plataformas e ferramentas de segurança.Experiência com ambientes cloud e containers.
