The posting

Een grote NT2-werking mee sturen én mensen en partners met elkaar verbinden? Bij CVO Volt krijg je als clusterverantwoordelijke NT2 de kans om mee richting te geven aan onze grootste cluster. CVO Volt is actief in Oost-Vlaams-Brabant en telt ongeveer 380 medewerkers en jaarlijks zo’n 10.000 cursisten. Onze NT2-lessen vinden plaats in Heverlee, Diest, Tienen, Aarschot en Haacht, maar ook online.

Samen met een 80-tal leerkrachten bouw je verder aan toegankelijk en kwaliteitsvol NT2-onderwijs. Je stuurt de werking van de cluster aan, ondersteunt teams en medewerkers en bewaakt de kwaliteit en organisatie van het aanbod. Maar je kijkt ook bewust over de grenzen van je eigen cluster heen: je bent de verbindende schakel met de rest van CVO Volt en bouwt mee aan sterke relaties met externe partners en stakeholders.

  • Je hebt ervaring in het NT2-onderwijs en/of het volwassenenonderwijs.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep anderstaligen en met de eigenheid van het NT2-onderwijs.
  • Je beschikt over pedagogisch inzicht en hebt voeling met de regelgeving, opleidingsprofielen en werking van het volwassenenonderwijs.
  • Je bent cursistgericht en hebt oog voor de noden en signalen van cursisten en medewerkers.
  • Je bent een verbindende en coachende leidinggevende die medewerkers weet mee te nemen en samenwerking stimuleert.
  • Je communiceert vlot, bent warm en empathisch en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je werkt planmatig en georganiseerd, neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je staat open voor vernieuwing, digitalisering en voortdurende professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je bent sterk betrokken bij de werking van het centrum en werkt graag samen, zowel binnen de organisatie als met externe partners.
