GO! Middenschool Aalst is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde leerkracht Nederlands voor een voltijdse vervangingsopdracht (22/22) van 19 oktober tot en met 30 oktober 2026.

De lesopdracht omvat zowel reguliere lessen Nederlands als 3 uur Extra Nederlands, waarbij je leerlingen gericht ondersteunt in hun taalontwikkeling en taalvaardigheid.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bereidt je lessen zorgvuldig voor op basis van het geldende leerplan.
  • Je begeleidt leerlingen op pedagogisch en didactisch vlak.
  • Je volgt de leerontwikkeling van leerlingen op en houdt het leerlingvolgsysteem up-to-date.
  • Je overlegt actief met collega’s, directie en het ondersteuningsteam, onder meer tijdens klassenraden.
  • Je neemt deel aan teamvergaderingen, pedagogische studiedagen en nascholingen.
  • Je creëert een positief en stimulerend leerklimaat waarin leerlingen zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen.

  • Een passie voor de Nederlandse taal en het werken met jongeren.
  • Het vermogen om leerlingen te motiveren en te begeleiden in hun taalontwikkeling.
  • Een open, enthousiaste en positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Ervaring in het onderwijs is een pluspunt, maar ook startende leerkrachten zijn van harte welkom.
  • De bereidheid om samen te werken binnen een dynamisch en betrokken schoolteam.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Model B-attest, afgeleverd minder dan één maand vóór de start van het schooljaar.
  • Je hebt een passie voor de Nederlandse taal en voor het werken met jongeren.
  • Je bent een flexibele, enthousiaste en betrokken teamspeler.
  • Je hebt inzicht in de brede basiszorg en houdt rekening met de nodige ReDiCoDi-maatregelen.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Smartschool en Microsoft 365.
  • Je bent sterk in communicatie, organisatie en samenwerking.
  • Ervaring in het onderwijs is een pluspunt, maar ook startende leerkrachten zijn van harte welkom.
  • Je onderschrijft het pedagogisch project van het GO! en van GO! MIA.
