Établie depuis 1976, Soudures St-Denis est un chef de file en Estrie dans la fabrication et l’installation de structures d’acier (secteurs industriel, commercial, institutionnel et résidentiel). En pleine expansion, notre équipe de mécano-soudure réalise des projets sur mesure de petite et grande envergure.

Vous êtes à l'aise aussi bien devant un logiciel de DAO qu'en discussion avec un client ou sur le plancher de production ? Vous aimez voir concrètement le résultat de votre travail, du premier coup de crayon jusqu'à la pièce soudée ?

Au cœur des opérations et en lien direct avec la présidence, vous jouerez un rôle pivot entre les besoins clients, la conception technique et la réalité de l'usine.

Vos responsabilités au quotidien

  • Gestion des appels d'offres : Analyser les besoins, interpréter les plans et devis, et préparer des soumissions précises et compétitives.
  • Relation client : Répondre directement aux demandes de prix et conseiller les clients sur la faisabilité de leurs projets.
  • Analyse de faisabilité : Évaluer les coûts de matériaux et valider la capacité de production selon le parc machine (table plasma, presse-plieuse, rouleaux, postes de soudage, pont roulant, etc.).
  • Optimisation : Sélectionner et prioriser les opportunités pour maximiser le ratio de projets remportés par rapport au temps d'estimation investi.
  • Conception sur mesure : Modéliser les pièces, sous-assemblages et structures mécanosoudées.
  • Mise à jour & Validation : Adapter les plans existants, vérifier la conformité des assemblages et constituer les dossiers de production complets (Nomenclatures / BOM).
  • Amélioration continue : Proposer des solutions de conception innovantes pour optimiser les procédés de fabrication.
  • Soutien terrain : Agir comme référence technique auprès de l'équipe d'atelier tout au long de la fabrication.
  • Rigueur & Ajustements : Intégrer rapidement les corrections et retours du plancher pour maintenir des dossiers toujours à jour.

Le profil recherché

  • Formation : DEC ou BAC en génie mécanique, en dessin industriel ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience : Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en conception et estimation dans le domaine de la fabrication mécanosoudée.
  • Logiciels : Maîtrise essentielle de SolidWorks ou Advance Steel, ainsi que de la suite MS Office.
  • Compétences techniques :
  • Lecture experte de plans d'assemblage et de fabrication.
  • Solide compréhension des procédés de transformation du métal, des normes et des méthodes de soudage.
  • Qualités personnelles :
  • Orienté(e) solutions, débrouillard(e) et capable de mener plusieurs dossiers de front.
  • Bonne gestion du stress et respect des échéanciers.
