Les défis qui t’attendent

  • Effectuer la réception des marchandises et vérifier leur état à leur arrivée;
  • Préparer les commandes, emballer les produits et assurer leur expédition dans les délais prévus;
  • Inspecter les boîtes reçues et refaire l'emballage de celles qui sont endommagées, au besoin;
  • Préparer et compléter les documents nécessaires à la réception et à l'expédition;
  • Communiquer avec les transporteurs locaux pour coordonner les cueillettes et les livraisons, lorsque requis;
  • Assurer le suivi des retours de marchandises.
  • Déplacer, manipuler et entreposer les marchandises aux endroits appropriés, notamment à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur;
  • Participer aux prises d'inventaire et contribuer à l'exactitude des stocks;
  • Utiliser les scanneurs et les outils informatiques pour assurer le suivi des marchandises;
  • Effectuer les opérations de réception et d'expédition dans le système ERP;
  • Maintenir son espace de travail propre, sécuritaire et bien organisé;
  • Veiller au bon état des équipements utilisés et signaler toute anomalie ou tout bris.
  • Réaliser les tâches selon les priorités et le calendrier établi;
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des opérations;
  • Respecter les procédures de travail ainsi que les règles de santé et sécurité;
  • Signaler les problèmes observés et proposer des améliorations aux méthodes de travail;
  • Faire preuve de polyvalence et prêter main-forte aux opérations lorsque requis.

Le profil que nous recherchons

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES);
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience pertinente en entrepôt ou dans un poste similaire;
  • Carte de compétence pour la conduite d'un chariot élévateur (un atout);
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques; une connaissance d'un système ERP constitue un atout;
  • Bonne capacité à effectuer des tâches physiques et à manipuler des charges;
  • Sens de l'organisation et souci du travail bien fait;
  • Rigueur et souci du détail;
  • Débrouillardise et autonomie;
  • Bon esprit d'équipe et attitude collaborative.
