Campus VOX in Pelt zoekt een gedreven pedagogisch beleidsmedewerker met een uitgesproken hart voor jongeren, het onderwijs en het pedagogisch project van het GO!

Als pedagogisch beleidsmedewerker neem je samen met de directeur het pedagogisch leiderschap van Campus VOX op. Je geeft mee richting aan hoe we leren en lesgeven vormgeven, en zorgt ervoor dat onze visie (zelfstandigheid, samenwerking en veerkracht) zichtbaar wordt in de klaspraktijk. Je zorgt ervoor dat pedagogische doelstellingen niet alleen worden uitgestippeld, maar ook daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd, opgevolgd en bijgestuurd.

De coördinator vormt daarbij een belangrijke schakel tussen de directie, de personeelsleden, de leerlingen en de dagelijkse onderwijspraktijk. Je inspireert en begeleidt leerkrachten, coördineert vak- en werkgroepen rond onderwijskundige vernieuwing en bouwt mee aan een professionele leercultuur waarin teams samen reflecteren, leren en groeien. Daarbij wordt ingezet op duidelijke communicatie, samenwerking, professionele ontwikkeling en het versterken van de deskundigheid binnen het team.

Wie jij bent

  • Je hebt een sterke onderwijskundige visie en een hart voor leren en lesgeven.
  • Je denkt beleidsmatig en analytisch, en zet visie om in gedragen acties op de klasvloer.
  • Je inspireert en coacht leerkrachten, en gaat met respect het gesprek aan over onderwijskwaliteit.
  • Je communiceert helder en verbindend.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap op en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.

Jouw expertise

  • Je hebt onderwijservaring, bij voorkeur in het secundair onderwijs.
  • Je hebt ervaring met effectieve didactiek, coaching en onderwijskundige vernieuwing.
  • Je hebt een relevant diploma, bijvoorbeeld pedagogische wetenschappen, onderwijskunde of psychologie.
  • Kennis van traumasensitief onderwijs en duaal leren is een pluspunt.
