KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM, becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country is now actively looking to recruit SALES & MARKETING MANAGER on behalf of our client.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

The SALES & MARKETING MANAGER will be responsible for building and leading the sales and marketing team to help drive revenue, generate leads, build client relationships as well as set targets to meet and exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:

  • Formulate effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the technology sector.
  • Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure goals are met

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

  • Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, substantiative, and promotional materials.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use findings to refine product offerings

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to optimize results.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and finance, to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales and marketing team.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • I.T. qualification is an added advantage
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Proven experience in sales & marketing, with at least 2years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Member of Zambia Institute of Marketing.
