KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM, becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country is now actively looking to recruit SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGER on behalf of our client.

Our Client is seeking a skilled Social Media Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, have a deep understanding of various social platforms, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
  • Create and curate engaging content for each platform, including text posts, images, and videos.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to the brand.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse social media data and metrics to track performance and optimise strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and bloggers for potential partnerships and coverage.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to key stakeholders.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary Range: $800 Gross Pay
