Deshalb sprechen wir unterschiedliche Profile an:

  • erfahrene ABACUS Consultants
  • Payroll\-Spezialist:innen, die in die Beratung wechseln möchten
  • Wirtschaftsinformatiker:innen mit ABACUS Erfahrung

Das sind deine Tätigkeiten:

  • Du begleitest Unternehmen bei der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung oder Optimierung von ABACUS\-Modulen
  • Du schulst Anwender:innen und begleitest Key\-User im täglichen Umgang mit der Software
  • Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und entwickelst praxisnahe Lösungen im ERP\-Umfeld
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Projekten – von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Du parametrierst Systeme, führst Tests durch und stellst eine saubere Implementierung sicher
  • Du unterstützt Kunden bei fachlichen Fragen rund um Finanz\-, HR\- oder Payroll\-Prozesse

Das wird von dir erwartet:

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische, technische oder IT\-nahe Grundausbildung
  • Entweder arbeitest du heute bereits als ABCACUS Berater oder suchst den Einstieg über deinen Payroll, HR Hintergrund
  • Du interessierst dich für Prozessoptimierungen und digitale Lösungen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst analytisch und hast Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen
  • Du bist kommunikativ und fühlst dich im Austausch mit Kunden wohl
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
