In deze functie ben je dagelijks het aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten zoals garages, importeurs en grote vloten verspreid over Europa. Zij doen beroep op jouw advies en expertise binnen de automotive sector. Je bouwt een persoonlijke relatie op met je klanten en zorgt ervoor dat hun vragen snel en correct beantwoord worden.

Je staat in direct contact met klanten en leveranciers via telefoon, mail en Whatsapp. Je denkt mee na over commerciële acties en promoties, en brengt deze onder de aandacht via mailings en social media. Je wordt hierin ondersteund door een ervaren collega. Het is belangrijk dat je vlot Nederlands spreekt en je kan behelpen in het Frans voor een telefonisch gesprek. Engels is mooi meegenomen.

• Je beschikt minstens over een diploma secundair onderwijs, een hoger diploma is een plus • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands • Je kan een vlot telefonisch gesprek voeren in het Frans (minstens 6,5/10) • Je hebt basiskennis van het Engels • Je hebt 1 tot 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en enthousiast • Affiniteit met auto's of de automotive sector is mooi meegenomen
